Melissa Hofmann

Photographing Since 2007

I received my first professional camera for my 17th birthday and since then I have been hooked, I did a photographic course when I was 18 and worked under a well known wedding photographer for a few years, Since then I have been pursuing my passion for photography over the years and building on my experience, I have photographed for events, weddings, pregnancy, newborn, modeling, family shoots, sports and racing. My favorite thing to do is capture the pure emotions of love and happiness.

Get to know me

A little bit about myself

I grew up in a small suburb called Kirstenhof in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. I have always had an artistic flair and love to paint, draw and photograph at every opportunity. I now live in Brackenfell with my loving husband and our 2 rescue dogs and 2 rescue cats.

Pre meeting to discuss details

2 weeks before

We will arrange a meeting before your big day to discuss your requirements. If you have any ideas you wish to replicate and details for the times and venue final details.

On the day

What to expect, I am almost always early and will be running around shooting fine details where I can before the time, I will be your personal photographer throughout the day and will capture every special moment.

Online Gallery

2 to 4 weeks after your big day

Your online gallery is a beautifully displayed album which you can share with family and friends or keep to yourself, it will be provided with a download link and password. You can also comment on the photos you would like printed, if included in your package or mark your favourites for the coffee table book.
